Paul Dahlberg

Paul Dahlberg is a dedicated attorney whose practice centers on representing individuals who have suffered injuries. He has handled significant cases such as the tragic bus crash near Austin, MN, which resulted in two fatalities and 22 injuries, as well as CNG gas leak explosions in Dodge Center and Mankato, MN. His work also includes serious crashes in Rochester, MN, leading to life-altering brain injuries.

Dahlberg successfully argued the landmark case of Montemayor v. Sebright in the Minnesota Supreme Court, setting a crucial precedent for plaintiffs facing summary judgment. This achievement has allowed numerous families to have their cases heard in court.

In addition to his litigation work, Dahlberg volunteered with Trial Lawyers Care, assisting with compensation claims for 9-11 disaster victims.
