Andrew M. Ayers began his legal career in New York City, representing both individuals and businesses in court litigation and transactional matters. His passion for working with young families and small business owners led him to establish his own law firm in 2011.

Starting his own practice offered him firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by business owners at various stages of their entrepreneurial journey. He was inspired by the innovative ways his clients engaged with their customers and learned the importance of constant adaptation to market changes.
