Erik Willer

Erik Willer has been a distinguished partner at TSR Injury Law since 2015, consistently demonstrating his dedication as a passionate advocate for his clients. His practice focuses on auto accidents, slip and fall claims, railroad/train accidents, dog bites, premises liability claims, wrongful death actions, and traumatic brain injury claims. Since 2003, Erik has been an active member of the Minnesota Association for Justice, serving on its Board of Governors since 2008. He has chaired the association's publications committee, overseeing the production of legal content for members. Erik is also a seasoned speaker, having organized and participated in numerous continuing legal education seminars covering topics like No-Fault arbitrations and governmental immunity.
