Luke Joseph Blahnik

Luke J Blahnik, the founder of the Law Firm of Luke J Blahnik, was born in Rochester, Minnesota. He completed his high school education at Caledonia High School in Caledonia, Minnesota. In 1998, he earned a Bachelor of Science in History from Winona State University. He then pursued a Juris Doctor degree from Hamline University School of Law, graduating in 2001, and was admitted to the Minnesota Bar in 2002.

From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Blahnik served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Koochiching County Courthouse, where he also held the position of President of the Board of Trustees for the county's law library. From 2005 to 2008, he was a partner and general practitioner at Park Hill Legal Group, LLC in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he led numerous cases across various legal issues.

Between 2009 and 2013, Mr. Blahnik worked on complex legal cases for several prominent Minnesota law firms, including Faegre & Benson, LLP, Dorsey & Whitney, LLP, and Robins, Kaplan, Miller, & Ciresi, LLP, as well as Pepper Hamilton in Pennsylvania. Additionally, he served as an attorney advisor for the Small Business Administration's Disaster Reserve Team from 2007 to 2011.

More recently, Mr. Blahnik has provided business services in the Bakken oil fields. Now based in Minnesota, he focuses his legal practice in Minneapolis, Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Saint Paul, and surrounding areas. As a general practitioner, he emphasizes Minnesota criminal defense law, family law, civil litigation, and the preparation of wills and trusts.
