Zachary A. Wiegand

Zachary A. Wiegand, an attorney in Burnsville, Minnesota, focuses on estate planning, probate, and trust administration. Before law school, he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in history from Norwich University and was part of the Norwich Cadets men's ice hockey team.

After law school, Zach served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Tammi A. Fredrickson in Minnesota’s 10th judicial district. He then practiced with a St. Paul estate planning firm before establishing his own practice.

An Arizona native, Zach is affiliated with the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Probate & Trust Law Section, the Minnesota Planned Giving Council, and the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys. He also contributes to the Shattuck-St. Mary’s School Foundation Board of Directors.

Zach resides in the Twin Cities with his wife, Ruth, and their son, Henrik. In his free time, he volunteers for the Minnesota Wills for Heroes program and enjoys traveling, reading, and hockey.
