Daniel Mayer Hawley

Daniel Mayer Hawley has been an integral part of Gammello, Qualley, Pearson & Mallak PLLC since January 2012. He brings a wealth of experience to the firm, having previously served as a law clerk for more than two years under the Honorable David J. Ten Eyck, Judge of District Court, Ninth Judicial District. This role honed his legal acumen and provided him with invaluable insights into judicial processes.

Before his tenure with Judge Ten Eyck, Dan gained practical experience as a Certified Student Attorney at the Tenth Judicial District Office of the Public Defender in Stillwater, Minnesota. During his year there, he represented clients in in-custody arraignment and managed misdemeanor and gross-misdemeanor pretrial calendars.
