Kelsey B Quarberg

Kelsey B Quarberg is a skilled attorney focusing on bankruptcy law as part of the Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring team. She provides legal representation for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy debtors, Chapter 7 trustees, and clients involved in bankruptcy litigation. Kelsey has successfully assisted over 1,000 Minnesotans in filing for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy relief.

Before joining Morrison Sund, Kelsey was a shareholder at Kain & Scott, P.A., one of Minnesota's largest bankruptcy law firms. In addition to her legal career, she is a small business owner, having opened a restaurant in 2014 that continues to operate. This experience gives her a unique perspective on the challenges faced by Minnesota business owners, especially those considering bankruptcy.

Kelsey grew up in the Minnetonka area, attending Minnetonka High School. She is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Minnesota and is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Excelsior-Lake Minnetonka Chamber of Commerce, and Volunteer Lawyers Network.

Outside of her professional life, Kelsey enjoys cooking, baking, and spending quality time with her husband and two sons.
