Jeffrey Robert Domingues

Jeffrey Robert Domingues serves as an associate attorney at Burns & Hansen P.A., located in the Twin Cities of Minnesota. His practice areas include real estate law, contract matters, and civil litigation. Jeffrey has extensive experience handling landlord-tenant disputes, addressing issues such as evictions, rent escrow matters, illegal activity provisions, and violations of local and state ordinances. In civil litigation, he specializes in breaches of contract, property disputes, and building contractor cases.

Before joining Burns & Hansen, Jeffrey gained invaluable experience as a judicial law clerk for two years with the Honorable Eric Hylden in Duluth. This role involved analyzing complex legal issues in civil litigation, real estate, and family law cases, which he now leverages in his current practice.

Jeffrey earned his bachelor's degree in history from Carleton College and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota Law School. During law school, he was a certified student attorney in the Immigration and Human Rights Clinic, representing affirmative asylum applicants. Although his current focus is on Civil Law, he draws on his diverse experiences to serve his clients effectively.

Outside of his legal career, Jeffrey enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying informed on current affairs, weightlifting, and exploring a wide range of music genres.
