Aaron D. Quinby leverages his extensive background in real estate and finance to offer expert legal services to families and businesses. He provides general counsel across various areas, including real estate, corporate governance, business succession, and wealth planning. Aaron's practice includes advising start-up entrepreneurs on business formation, governance, and financing, as well as assisting established private enterprises with strategic acquisitions, divestitures, and succession planning initiatives.

In addition to his work with businesses, Aaron collaborates with individual clients and families to develop and implement effective personal wealth and estate planning strategies. His goal is to help clients smoothly transition family assets and businesses to the next generation.

Before joining Fredrikson, Aaron gained valuable experience in the finance industry, concentrating on asset preservation and real estate transactions. He also served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Sheridan Hawley in Minnesota’s Tenth Judicial District.
