For fifteen years, Bray led a substantial in-house legal, regulatory, and compliance team at one of North America's largest energy companies. His career is marked by his ability to facilitate business growth and commercial success across startups, private and public organizations, and nonprofits. Bray is committed to collaborating with business leaders to navigate today's complex regulatory landscape efficiently.

Throughout his career, Bray has served as General Counsel, Commercial General Manager of a Canadian Utility, and Corporate Secretary for various North American corporations. He has developed energy trading compliance programs and automated commercial contracting processes for multi-billion-dollar sales organizations. Additionally, he has led deal teams in mergers and acquisitions exceeding $8 billion.
