Susan M. Lach

Susan M. Lach serves as a shareholder at Tuft, Lach, Jerabek & O'Connell, PLLC, where she is recognized for her expertise in family law. Her practice encompasses complex property valuation and division, contested child custody, spousal maintenance, child support, and antenuptial agreements. Ms. Lach is proficient in both arbitration and mediation and acts as a Financial Early Neutral Evaluator in the Hennepin, Ramsey, Anoka, Washington, and Dakota County District Court Early Neutral Evaluation Programs.

Ms. Lach's leadership in the field is evidenced by her fellowship with the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) and her past role as Minnesota Delegate to the National Board of Governors. She has also served as president of the Minnesota chapter of the AAML and remains active on its Board of Managers. Her professional affiliations include the National Family and Conciliation Courts and Minnesota Women Lawyers, where she contributes to the Advisory Committee.
