Thomas Tuft

Thomas Tuft, originally from the East Side of Saint Paul, serves as a shareholder at Tuft, Lach, Jerabek & O'Connell, PLLC, where he practices in all aspects of family law. His expertise encompasses complex divorce cases, child support, paternity, and child custody issues.

As a Rule 114 Qualified Neutral, Mr. Tuft is both a Social Early Neutral Evaluator (SENE) and a Financial Early Neutral Evaluator (FENE). His legal acumen has earned him a place on the Minnesota SuperLawyers® list since 2002, and he has been recognized among the Top 40 Family Law SuperLawyers in Minnesota since 2004. Furthermore, he has been listed among the Top 100 Superlawyers in Minnesota annually since 2006 and is included in the Best Lawyers in America®.

Mr. Tuft holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell®, reflecting the highest standards of ethics and legal skills. He is actively involved with the American Bar Association, Minnesota State Bar Association, and Ramsey County Bar Association.
