Bill Hulsey has dedicated 35 years to practicing Patent and Trademark Law, primarily serving the Southeast United States, with a focus on Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, and Louisiana. Throughout his career, Bill has successfully prosecuted and obtained patents and trademarks for a diverse range of clients, including some of the region's most innovative minds. He has facilitated over 2,000 U.S. and international patents across various technological fields such as energy, electronics, drones, robotics, artificial intelligence, consumer products, medical devices, chemical, and financial/blockchain technologies.

In addition to patents, Bill has secured over 1,500 trademarks for entrepreneurs and innovators, enhancing the commercial viability of numerous companies and products. His notable clients include an Apollo Program Astronaut for air- and space-craft design patents, and Mr. Gordon Matthews, the inventor of voicemail.

Bill played a key role in writing patents critical to Lockheed Aerospace's successful bid for the $200 Billion F-35 Joint Strike Fighter U.S. Department of Defense Contract. He also established the initial 100 patents for a groundbreaking silicon crystal solar cell fabrication technology, recognized by the U.S. Patent Office as a significant advancement.

Moreover, Bill originated the U.S. Patent Office Pro Bono Inventor Assistance Program in Texas, aiding qualified inventors in collaboration with the USPTO Office of Innovation Development.
