Ira Rushing

Ira Rushing offers a wealth of experience as a litigation attorney, having worked in large and mid-size law firms, as a solo practitioner, and as a military lawyer. His practice is centered on representing military personnel, federal agents, employees, private employers, and non-profit corporations. His expertise spans military law, national security representation, veterans’ benefits, and labor and employment.

In addition to his legal practice, Ira is certified in process improvement methods and has over 20 years of project management and leadership experience in the US Marine Corps and Army National Guard. He currently serves as a judge advocate in the Mississippi National Guard, where he has excelled in roles ranging from brigade-level judge advocate to international and operations law attorney in a joint special operations task force.

Ira's background includes 11 years as an enlisted Marine and Soldier before earning his commission, giving him a deep understanding of the unique experiences of servicemembers and their families. His commitment to their success is unwavering.

In client engagements, Ira applies practical knowledge gained from working with clients in manufacturing, production, and legal services. He plays a critical role in defining and scoping complex matters, developing process controls, and ensuring alignment with client goals.
