Timothy James Evans

Timothy James Evans, a native of Quitman, Mississippi, began his career on a Naval ROTC scholarship at the University of Mississippi. Following three years as a commissioned officer in the Navy, he transitioned to teaching middle and high school. He later pursued his legal education at Mississippi College School of Law, where he earned his degree.

After completing law school, Mr. Evans served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable William H. Myers, presiding judge for the Court of Appeals of the State of Mississippi. In 2003, he relocated to Hattiesburg to enter private practice, gaining extensive experience in representing both individuals and businesses, involving plaintiffs and defendants alike.

Mr. Evans is licensed to practice in all state courts across Mississippi, as well as the federal courts with jurisdiction in the state.
