Christopher Kittell

Christopher E. Kittell is a seasoned attorney practicing at the Kittell Law Firm located in Hernando, Mississippi. He earned his BBA in Computer Information Systems from Delta State University in 1996 and his JD from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1999. During law school, Chris was awarded the James O. Eastland Scholarship and was an active member of the International Legal Fraternity of Phi Delta Phi.

Chris is primarily focused on civil litigation, with expertise in consumer protection, Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) litigation, personal injury, and wrongful death cases. He is admitted to practice in all state courts of Mississippi, as well as the U.S. District Courts for both the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi. His practice extends to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits, and he is also admitted in the U.S. District Courts for the District of Colorado, the Western District of Michigan, and the Western District of Tennessee.

In August 2006, Chris secured a $2,273,000 verdict for a plaintiff in a slip and fall case in the Circuit Court of DeSoto County, Mississippi, which is believed to be the largest personal injury verdict recorded in DeSoto County. Chris is married to Jennifer and is a proud father of three children.
