Elizabeth L. Wynn

Elizabeth L. Wynn, a partner at Kyle Wynn & Associates, PLLC, has devoted her career to elder law. Her commitment to providing personalized attention and accurate legal solutions has been the cornerstone of her practice. Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Business Management from The University of Mississippi in 2004. She furthered her education with a Master of Business Administration from Mississippi College in 2008, followed by a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Mississippi College School of Law in 2011, where she was honored with the American Jurisprudence Award in Legal Writing.

Elizabeth is passionate about ensuring that all Mississippians have access to legal representation. Her diverse experience includes working with the Federal Public Defender for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, Mission First Legal Aid Office, and the Mississippi Volunteer Lawyers Project. She has also served as a Guardian ad Litem, advocating for the best interests of children in Mississippi.

As a member of The Mississippi Bar and its Estates and Trusts Section, Elizabeth participated in the 2016 Mississippi Bar Leadership Forum, demonstrating her commitment to both her community and the legal profession. She is licensed to practice in all Mississippi state courts, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, and the Mississippi Supreme Court. Additionally, she is an Accredited Attorney with the VA Department.

Elizabeth has contributed numerous articles on estate planning, including a monthly column in Mississippi Christian Living, distributed statewide. She frequently conducts seminars on estate planning, Nursing Home Medicaid Benefits, and other elder law topics for civic groups, churches, professional organizations, and the public, as well as in assisted living and nursing home facilities.
