Benjamin N. Philley

Benjamin N. Philley, originally from Mississippi, was born in Jackson and raised in Grenada and the Mississippi Delta. He co-founded Kilpatrick & Philley, Attorneys at Law, where he now exclusively represents severely injured clients. Ben holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Finance from the University of Mississippi (1998) and a Law Degree from the Mississippi College School of Law, where he was active in the Law Review.

While in law school, Ben gained practical experience clerking for firms focused on personal injury litigation and civil defense. After graduating, he joined Wise Carter Child and Caraway as an associate, defending major railroad companies like Amtrak, Illinois Central Railroad Company, and Kansas City Southern Railroad Company. He also handled complex defense cases involving medical malpractice, automobile accidents, and nursing home abuse.

Ben's current practice is dedicated to personal injury law, focusing on cases involving automobile and trucking accidents, medical malpractice, wrongful death, defective pharmaceuticals and medical devices, nursing home abuse, railroad crossing accidents, and Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA) claims.
