About Kevin Wayne Frye

Kevin Wayne Frye holds prominent roles in both legal and community spheres. He is the Chair of Mississippi’s Special Education Advisory Panel, advising the Office of Special Education. As the Legal Director of the SynGAP Research Fund, a global organization supporting families of SynGAP1 patients, he brings personal insight, as his youngest son is among the fewer than 1,500 known patients with this rare genetic disorder.
