Robert Schultze

Robert Schultze has over 15 years of experience in the legal field, establishing a reputation for fairness and effective advocacy. Practicing from his office in downtown Oxford, his primary focus is on criminal defense, where he frequently serves as a court-appointed attorney in the 3rd and 17th Judicial Districts in North Mississippi.

Robert Schultze earned his juris doctorate from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2004. He remains actively involved with the school, volunteering as a coach and judge for the National Trial Competition, sponsored by the American College of Trial Lawyers.

His professional contributions extend to advising municipal boards. In 2012, he was appointed by Mayor Pat Patterson to a committee responsible for selecting the Oxford Chief of Police.

Robert Schultze's community involvement includes a six-year volunteer commitment with Meals on Wheels and graduation from Leadership Lafayette through the Oxford-Lafayette County Chamber of Commerce. He currently holds a position on the Mississippi Commission on Continuing Legal Education, appointed by Mississippi Supreme Court Justice Josiah Coleman.
