Ryan graduated with a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri – Columbia School of Law in May 2022. His studies concentrated on FDA Law, Health Law, Corporate Law, and Employment Law. Prior to law school, he achieved a Bachelor of Science in Exercise from Saint Louis University, graduating magna cum laude in May 2018.

Admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2024, Ryan began his legal career as a Law Clerk, where he drafted EB-2 NIW petitions for international STEM researchers and conducted in-depth research on complex immigration issues. His responsibilities included maintaining client communications and supporting petitions with detailed analysis. Later, as an Attorney and Team Lead, Ryan led a team of law clerks, ensuring compliance and crafting strategies for clients in sectors such as pharmaceutical manufacturing and healthcare.

Before joining the divorce and family law team at Stange Law Firm in Arnold, Ryan honed his skills in legal argumentation and client relationship management, enhancing the success rate of his clients' cases.
