Christopher W. Dysart

Christopher W. Dysart began his legal journey as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Charles B. Blackmar of the Missouri Supreme Court. He then served as a trial attorney for the Commercial Litigation Branch of the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. His career advanced as he became a Federal Prosecutor focusing on white-collar crime, including bank fraud.

After his government service, he joined Armstrong, Teasdale, Schlafly & Davis, Missouri's third-largest law firm, where he specialized in commercial litigation, personal injury defense, and white-collar criminal defense. In 1988, he established his own practice, The Dysart Law Firm, P.C.

Christopher's academic achievements include graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Missouri St. Louis, where he was awarded the Stuart and Evelyn Symington Scholarship. He earned his law degree from St. Louis University School of Law, where he was Editor In Chief of the St. Louis University Public Law Review and received the American Jurisprudence Award.

With over 20 years of experience, Christopher has litigated and tried cases for entities such as NASA, the United States Air Force, and the Mine Safety and Health Administration. Notably, he secured an $18 million jury verdict recognized by the National Law Journal as National Litigator of the Month in 2003, and a $39.5 million settlement in 2011.
