Abraham D. Kuhl

Abraham D. Kuhl, originally from Omaha, Nebraska, completed his high school education at Ralston High School, where he engaged in numerous sports and extracurricular activities. He earned his degree in Business Administration, graduating Cum Laude from Creighton University. Following a year in the banking sector, he relocated to Kansas City to pursue his law degree, obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri – Kansas City in May 2008.

Mr. Kuhl is a prominent presenter on family law topics and actively participates in the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association's Family Law Section. He has held the position of chair for the Domestic Relations committee for two terms and now serves as the President-Elect of the Family Law Section.

In addition to his practice, Mr. Kuhl has contributed as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law. His volunteer work includes involvement with the Volunteer Attorney Project, serving as an officer in the Eastern Jackson County Bar Association, and participating on the Board of Directors for MARCH mediation.

Mr. Kuhl's practice is exclusively focused on Family Law, handling cases such as dissolutions of marriage, custody and child support modifications, child support establishment, adoption, paternity actions, and guardianship proceedings. He is a trained Guardian ad Litem, having completed both basic and advanced trainings, and serves in several counties including Jackson, Cass, and Clay. Furthermore, Mr. Kuhl offers services as a mediator and Special Master.
