Brandon Kane

Brandon Kane leads the Kane Law Office, LLC in Downtown Kansas City, Missouri, bringing nearly 15 years of experience in criminal law and corporate law. An award-winning attorney, Mr. Kane has developed a robust legal practice serving diverse client needs.

Brandon completed his Juris Doctorate at the University of Kansas School of Law, where he excelled as an Editor of the Kansas Law Review and graduated in the top 10% of his class. He was a Graduate Teaching Assistant for Business Law courses and a National Moot Court winner. His academic achievements include numerous CALI awards and participation in volunteer legal assistance and tax programs.

Mr. Kane holds dual undergraduate degrees from the University of Kansas, earning a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Economics with honors. His career began with Polsinelli PC, an AM Law 100 firm in Kansas City, where he practiced corporate law and administrative/commercial litigation. He later expanded his corporate law and commercial litigation expertise at Sprint.

Licensed to practice in Missouri and Kansas, Brandon is an active member of the Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Kansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the National College of DUI Defense. His professional recognition includes selection by ThompsonReuters as a Super Lawyer – Rising Star in Kansas and Missouri from 2015 to 2018.
