About Kim Benjamin
Kim Benjamin is the owner of the Missouri DWI & Criminal Law Center at the Benjamin Law Firm, LLC, located in Belton, Missouri. She leads a dedicated team of lawyers focusing on criminal and DWI defense, and collaborates on personal injury and nursing home abuse and neglect cases. With extensive trial experience, Kim has participated in over 200 trials, including numerous jury trials, maintaining a record of not losing a trial in over a decade.
Kim is passionate about mentoring and training other lawyers in trial skills, both within her firm and nationally. She is a faculty member at the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College and the National College of DUI Defense.
