Abraham D. Kuhl

Born in Omaha, Nebraska, Abraham D. Kuhl excelled at Ralston High School, participating in various sports and organizations. He graduated Cum Laude with a Business Administration degree from Creighton University. After a year in the banking sector, he pursued law at the University of Missouri – Kansas City, obtaining his Juris Doctor in May 2008.

In his legal career, Mr. Kuhl has dedicated himself to Family Law, addressing issues such as divorce, custody modifications, child support, adoptions, paternity, and guardianship. His expertise extends to serving as a Guardian ad Litem in Jackson, Cass, and Clay counties, having completed both standard and advanced Guardian ad Litem training.

Mr. Kuhl is highly engaged in the legal community. He frequently presents on family law topics and is an active member of the Family Law Section of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, where he has served two terms as chair of the Domestic Relations committee and is currently the President-Elect. He contributes to the profession as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law and volunteers with the Volunteer Attorney Project.

His leadership roles include serving as an officer in the Eastern Jackson County Bar Association and as a board member for MARCH mediation. Additionally, Mr. Kuhl offers his services as a mediator and Special Master, showcasing his commitment to resolving family disputes amicably.
