Travis C. Bargeon

Travis C. Bargeon was raised in St. Charles, Missouri, where his father worked as an aerospace engineer, contributing to the development of fighter planes over the last four decades. His mother, a crisis counselor, devoted her career to supporting high school students facing challenging circumstances. This blend of technical acumen and compassion inspired Travis to pursue a legal career focused on aiding those without easy access to top-tier professionals.

Travis began his legal journey at the public defender's office, representing numerous clients facing felony charges within Missouri's criminal courts. By the time he was thirty, he had achieved significant results, often taking other attorneys much longer to accomplish. He has extensive experience in jury and bench trials, motion litigation, and negotiating favorable outcomes that have resulted in client releases from incarceration.

In addition to his work in Missouri, Travis spent time in Washington D.C., where he engaged in complex legal assignments, including a notable role in the Comcast and Time Warner merger. After five years of dedicated public service, he joined the Altman and McMenamin law firm, partnering with mentors Amanda Altman and Pat McMenamin.

At the firm, Travis expanded his practice to encompass civil litigation, continuing to provide high-level legal support across a range of issues. Known for his empathetic approach and legal expertise, he is often described by clients as "the only lawyer I trust." Currently, he serves as "Of Counsel" at the firm's Cape Girardeau office.
