Connie Haden

Connie S. Haden is the founding attorney of The Law Firm of Haden & Haden in Columbia, Missouri. Her practice areas include estate and business planning, trust and probate administration, elder law, and tax-exempt and non-profit organizations.

Before establishing her own firm, Connie honed her expertise at Blackwell Sanders Peper Martin LLP, where she dealt with complex estate, business, gift, and tax planning. She later served as independent counsel for Graves Bartle Marcus & Garrett LLC in Kansas City, focusing on estate planning and trust administration, while expanding into non-profit organizations and elder law.

Connie is committed to helping clients develop effective plans to achieve their objectives, encouraging family involvement, minimizing taxes, and providing straightforward, affordable legal advice. She is licensed to practice law in both Missouri and Kansas.

Her professional affiliations include the Kansas City Estate Planning Society, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the Missouri Chapter of NAELA, and the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association.

Connie earned her J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the UMKC Law Review and participated in the Christian Legal Society, the Federalist Society, the Student Bar Association, and the Order of the Bench and Robe. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Missouri-Columbia with degrees in Agriculture Business Management and Business Economics, actively participating in organizations such as the Homecoming Steering Committee and the Baptist Student Union.
