Terry A. Tolbert

Terry A. Tolbert has dedicated more than three decades to assisting those in need through his practice in personal injury, accident, and workers’ compensation law in Missouri. His mission is to represent individuals against the overwhelming power of large corporations and insurance companies.

Growing up on a Century Farm in Southwest Missouri, Terry pursued higher education, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business from Missouri State University. He then graduated at the top of his class from the University of Arkansas Law School at Fayetteville. Over the years, he has worked tirelessly for personal injury victims, handled workers’ compensation claims, and supported families in wrongful death cases. His commitment to justice extends to pro bono work with Southern Missouri Legal Services.

From 1996 to 2006, Terry served as an officer in the U.S. Army Reserve – JAG Corps. Outside of his legal practice, he and his wife Kat, a realtor, enjoy exploring new cultures and meeting diverse people. Terry is also a certified MLB agent, reflecting his passion for professional baseball. Additionally, he has been a member of the Fair Grove School Board for several years, contributing his legal expertise to benefit the district.
