Allen Jones

Allen Jones offers comprehensive legal guidance in estate planning and the administration of estates and trusts. He assists clients throughout the estate-planning process, from drafting wills, revocable trusts, and powers of attorney to managing health care directives and settling post-death affairs.

With extensive litigation experience, Mr. Jones is adept in all phases of the litigation process, including case strategy, pre-trial briefs, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials. He has represented both regional and national clients in various business disputes, such as breach of contract, fiduciary duty claims, employment issues, and complex class action defenses. His successful defense of national banks in foreclosure and mortgage-related lawsuits is notable. Additionally, he drafts business agreements, including articles of incorporation, bylaws, operating agreements, and member agreements.

Recognized by Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in Missouri and Kansas from 2014 to 2017, Mr. Jones has demonstrated his legal acumen consistently.

In 2017, MAJ Jones served as the Operational Law Attorney for the Division Commander during his deployment to Kuwait, where he also held roles as Executive Officer and Host Nation Operations Officer at the U.S. Embassy. Previously, in 2014, he was deployed to Kosovo as a Judge Advocate with the U.S. Army, acting as Officer in Charge of Legal Assistance and Foreign Claims Commissioner. In this capacity, he provided a wide range of legal services to soldiers, covering civil, criminal, family, and military administrative matters, and adjudicated tort claims against the United States.
