Adam Bryson

Adam Bryson, a Marine Corps veteran, attributes his resilience and strategic mindset to his military service. He carries this fighting spirit into his legal practice, firmly believing that the best way to avoid conflict is to be prepared for it. Whether handling civil or criminal cases, he approaches each with meticulous preparation, treating them as though they will proceed to trial.

Mr. Bryson ensures comprehensive motion work is completed early in the case process, while also engaging in negotiations to reach a mutually beneficial resolution. However, when a settlement cannot be achieved, he is fully prepared to litigate to secure a favorable outcome for his clients.

Mr. Bryson graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Business Management from Park University, followed by a J.D. from Rutgers Law School. During his time at Rutgers, he served as an Articles Editor and later as a Managing Articles Editor for the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal. He also gained valuable experience interning with the New Jersey Attorney General Division on Civil Rights and the New Jersey Public Defender’s Office. It was here that he realized his passion for constitutional, criminal defense, and civil rights law, aligning his legal education with his commitment to serving individuals.
