Tim M. McDuffey

Tim M. McDuffey is the principal attorney at the McDuffey Law Firm, LLC and the Work Comp Center, based in Jefferson City, Missouri. Raised in the Lake of the Ozarks area, Tim completed his high school education at Camdenton High School. He pursued higher education at Missouri State University on a football scholarship, where he distinguished himself as an All-American football player and was recognized by the ESPN Academic All-American Football Team. Tim was also the recipient of the prestigious Virgil Cheek Award, celebrating the university’s top student-athlete.

Tim earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri - Columbia, graduating in the top 10% of his class. His academic excellence was further acknowledged by his selection to the University’s Law Review, an honor reserved for elite students. Additionally, he received the Law School’s award for outstanding professional ethics.

In 2015, Tim was recognized as part of the Nation’s TOP ONE Percent of attorneys by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel. He remains actively engaged with the Missouri Bar and has previously served on the Missouri Board of Governors. His professional affiliations include the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, Missouri Bar Association, Camden County Bar Association, and the U.S. District Court.

Outside of his legal career, Tim is dedicated to his community, coaching football at Camdenton High School. He and his wife, Karla, are proud parents to their children, Ty and Sara.
