About Douglas L Healy
Douglas L. Healy graduated from the University of Arkansas law school in 2000. Following graduation, he began his legal career in his hometown before moving to Springfield, where he served as a Greene County Prosecutor and advanced to the role of Senior Trial Attorney.
In 2004, Healy relocated to Jefferson City to become Chief of Staff to the Chairman of the Missouri Public Service Commission. This role provided him with significant experience in public service and regulatory matters.
In 2007, Douglas teamed up with Dave to establish Healy & Healy, now known as Healy Law Offices, with the mission of delivering high-quality legal services with a personal approach. Currently, Healy serves as general counsel to the Missouri Joint Missouri Electric Utility Commission, advising municipalities on energy and utility issues.
Healy also offers legal representation in criminal defense and assists clients who have been wrongfully injured due to negligence.
