Daniel A. Parmele

Daniel A. Parmele is a seasoned attorney with more than two decades of experience in disability law. Located in Nixa, Missouri, he is committed to offering compassionate and dedicated advocacy for each client. Prior to establishing his private practice, Mr. Parmele served as a Senior Staff Attorney with the Social Security Administration. During his tenure, he collaborated closely with Administrative Law Judges (ALJs) to determine benefit eligibility, often making critical decisions for claimants. This role provided him with firsthand insight into the challenges faced by individuals seeking Social Security disability benefits.

In 1995, Mr. Parmele founded his own practice to leverage his in-depth understanding of the Social Security system to aid disabled individuals across America. His firm is built on biblical principles, emphasizing trust, hope, compassion, fairness, honesty, and justice.

Mr. Parmele's educational background includes a Juris Doctor from St. Louis University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Economics from Wichita State University.
