David A. Payne

David A. Payne was raised in Southwest Missouri and pursued his higher education at the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg. He then attended the University of Missouri in Columbia for his law degree. In 1999, he returned to Southwest Missouri to begin his legal career, where he has remained ever since.

David has extensive experience working with a diverse range of clients and cases, providing legal guidance throughout the Missouri Ozarks for over two decades. His vast experience has equipped him with a unique perspective, particularly beneficial in developing effective Estate Plans for his clients.

Initially drawn to the excitement of courtroom drama, David's practice has evolved towards estate planning, allowing him to enjoy both professional fulfillment and more family time. Although he still appreciates courtroom work, he finds great satisfaction in assisting clients with their estate planning needs.
