Originally from California, Tom spent his final high school years in Toledo, Ohio, where he embraced the Midwest values instilled by his parents. In June 2013, Tom and his wife Connie relocated to Springfield, Missouri, where they launched Kapstrom Law Firm, later rebranded as Springfield Injury Law, PC, with a focus on personal injury cases.
