Rick D. Massey

With a personal history deeply rooted in family law, Rick D. Massey is committed to addressing the impact of divorce on children. In his St. Charles practice, Mr. Massey assists clients with a diverse range of legal needs, including divorce, custody issues, consumer law, and estate planning. His legal expertise extends to small business matters, drawing from his experience as in-house counsel at Quilogy, Inc. for nearly a decade. During his tenure, he played a key role in business and policy decisions as part of the senior executive team until the company's acquisition by Aspect Software in 2010.

Mr. Massey is well-versed in business law, handling issues related to brick-and-mortar and internet businesses, intellectual property, real estate transactions, and business litigation.
