About Tim Lohmar
Tim Lohmar began his notable career in public service when he was elected as an associate circuit judge in Missouri in 2010. His leadership was further recognized in 2012 when he was appointed by the St. Charles County Executive as the Prosecuting Attorney for St. Charles County, a role he was re-elected to in 2014, 2018, and 2022, serving until 2023.
Before his tenure in public office, Tim practiced law privately in St. Charles. His prosecutorial experience includes serving as the assistant Prosecuting Attorney for the City of O’Fallon and the Prosecuting Attorney for the City of St. Charles. Notably, he was the inaugural Municipal Judge for the St. Charles County Municipal Court.
Tim has held leadership roles such as past President of the Missouri Association of Prosecuting Attorneys and served on its Board of Directors from 2016 to 2023. He was honored as Missouri Prosecutor of the Year in 2020 by his peers.
