From 2010 to 2013, Charles worked as in-house counsel for a startup technology company. In 2011, he began advising clients through Cromwell Law, providing both contract in-house and outside counsel services. Charles is also a U.S. Army Reserves JAG Corps Officer and has argued as amicus curiae before the military's highest criminal court of appeals.
