Philip Lance McGrady

Philip Lance McGrady brings a wealth of legal expertise to his practice in Bigfork, Montana. He has represented clients in a diverse array of cases, including nursing home abuse, truck accidents, automobile accidents, products liability, medical malpractice, oil and gas litigation, and commercial litigation. Philip earned his law degree from the University of Montana School of Law, where he was actively involved in the National Moot Court Team and served as a clerk for United States Magistrate Judge Leif Erickson. Additionally, he contributed to the academic community by teaching legal research and writing to first-year law students. His undergraduate education was completed at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia.

After graduating from law school, Philip gained valuable judicial experience clerking for Superior Court Judge Dan Hensley in Anchorage, Alaska, followed by a clerkship with Yellowstone County District Court Judge Russell Fagg in Billings, Montana. In 2005, he joined Edwards, Frickle & Culver, further honing his legal skills.
