Craig Hensel

Craig C. Hensel has been practicing law in Billings, Montana since 1996. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Montana, all state courts in North Dakota, and the Federal Court for the District of Montana. Craig spent more than a decade as a prosecutor, gaining substantial courtroom and jury trial experience by trying hundreds of cases to verdict.

In addition to his prosecutorial work, Craig has extensive civil litigation experience. He initially represented defendants and insurance companies in personal injury cases. However, he later chose to represent injured individuals, using his knowledge of insurance company tactics to better advocate for fair compensation.

Craig states, “I used to work for insurance companies and saw how they would prolong cases unnecessarily. This insight motivated me to represent injured individuals, helping them secure medical bill payments, lost wages, and fair compensation to return to their lives swiftly.”
