Jessie Lundberg

Jessie Lundberg brings a wealth of experience in consumer protection and financial education to her practice. She served as an Equal Justice Works AmeriCorps Legal Fellow with Montana Legal Services Association's Consumer Unit, where she managed the self-help bankruptcy program and assisted low-income Montanans with consumer law issues. Additionally, Jessie was an American Bar Association Janet Steiger Antitrust Fellow at the Office of Consumer Protection within the Montana Attorney General's Office.

As a nationally-certified financial educator and foreclosure prevention specialist with Homeword, Jessie helped establish the Montana Financial Education Coalition and the Montana Alliance for Responsible Finance. Her efforts have promoted financial education and fair lending practices across the state. She has also been involved in drafting and advocating for anti-predatory lending legislation in the Montana Legislature.

Jessie's legal accomplishments include serving as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Montana School of Law, teaching Products Liability. She clerked for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco for Hon. James R. Browning and Hon. Sidney R. Thomas. During her law school tenure, she was Editor-in-Chief of the Montana Law Review (2007-2008) and led the Jessup International Moot Court team. Her clinical internship was with Hon. Donald Molloy at the U.S. District Court, District of Montana, and she has been an advisory board member for the Montana Law Review since 2013.

Jessie is admitted to practice in all Montana state courts, the United States District Court for the District of Montana, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is an active member of the State Bar of Montana, the Montana Trial Lawyers' Association, and the National Association of Consumer Advocates.

Outside of her legal work, Jessie enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time with her daughter, Bianca. She also has a passion for music, playing guitar and fiddle, and writing songs. An avid outdoors enthusiast, Jessie loves hiking and fishing in the beautiful Montana landscape.
