Kathryn Delans

Kathryn Delans is a dedicated civil attorney based in Corvallis, Montana, who joined Holloway & Hulling in January. Her legal expertise is concentrated in personal injury and family law.

Before embarking on her legal career, Kathryn gained valuable experience as a private investigator for insurance firms and later served as an investigator for the State of Florida. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Montana School of Law in 2017. During law school, she actively volunteered with the Missoula Self Help Law Center, MLSA pro bono clinics, and Soft Landing.

Kathryn is committed to advocating for her clients' legal needs. After graduating, she represented clients in diverse legal areas, including personal injury claims, wrongful death claims, criminal defense, family law, and contract disputes. In 2019, she shifted her primary focus to personal injury law, representing numerous clients in cases involving car accidents, trucking accidents, slip and falls, and dog bite incidents.

Kathryn continues her volunteer endeavors with MLSA. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and leads an active lifestyle.
