About Robert Erickson
Robert Erickson has dedicated more than 20 years to practicing law, with a particular focus on commercial and civil litigation, as well as business and real estate matters. He obtained his B.S. in Business Management and B.A. in Political Science (Public Administration) from The University of Montana in 1997. Following several years of professional experience in Portland, Oregon, he earned his J.D., cum laude, from Tulane Law School in New Orleans, along with a certificate in Environmental Law. During his time at Tulane, Robert served as a Managing Editor of the Tulane Environmental Law Journal.
After spending six years practicing litigation in Albuquerque, Robert returned to Missoula in 2009. His practice spans the state and encompasses areas such as commercial and civil litigation, construction and real estate disputes, insurance matters, probate disputes, business and real estate negotiations and transactions, civil appeals, and mediations.
