About Kathryn Delans
Kathryn Delans is a highly experienced civil attorney who joined Holloway & Hulling in January. Her legal practice is concentrated on personal injury and family law cases.
Before embarking on her legal career, Kathryn gained valuable investigative experience as a private investigator for insurance firms and later served as an investigator for the State of Florida. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Montana School of Law in 2017. During law school, she actively volunteered at the Missoula Self Help Law Center, MLSA pro bono clinics, and Soft Landing.
Upon receiving her law degree, Kathryn represented clients across various legal domains including personal injury claims, wrongful death cases, criminal defense, family law issues, and contract disputes. In 2019, she shifted her focus predominantly to personal injury law. Since then, she has successfully advocated for numerous clients involved in car accidents, trucking incidents, slip and fall cases, and dog bite attacks.
Kathryn remains committed to her community through ongoing volunteer work with MLSA. Outside of her professional life, she cherishes time with her family and maintains an active lifestyle.
