Ken Wah Choi

Ken W. Choi serves as an Associate at the DiJulio Law Group, where he focuses on Business and Real Estate litigation and transactions. His expertise includes drafting contracts and forming Corporations, Partnerships, and Limited Liability Companies (L.L.C.). Additionally, Mr. Choi handles buying, selling, leasing, and constructing high-value real properties.

Mr. Choi is also a distinguished lecturer, presenting to government officials, legal experts, and entrepreneurs from China on topics of law, business, and public policy. His seminars are well-regarded among high-level attendees.

He maintains extensive connections with governmental agencies in Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Shanghai, and Anhui Province. These include the Anhui Provincial People’s Congress, China Chamber of International Commerce, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and the Foreign Affairs and Overseas Chinese Office of Bengbu People’s Municipal Government.

Born in Guangzhou, China, and raised in Hong Kong, Mr. Choi moved to California at eleven. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Accounting from California State University, Fullerton, followed by a Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. During his studies, he participated in the London Program and served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Consuelo B. Marshall, Chief Judge for the United States District Court, Central District of California.

Mr. Choi is a member of the California State Bar and actively participates in the Los Angeles Bar Association and Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association. He is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
