Elizabeth Borchers

Elizabeth Borchers, a prominent attorney in Bennington, Nebraska, has deep roots in community leadership. Her great grandfather, Arthur Smith Churchill, served as Nebraska Counsel General in the 1890s, while her other ancestors, such as Ernst Stuht, were influential figures in Omaha's early development. Borchers' father and grandfather both contributed to Omaha's real estate sector.

After obtaining her bachelor's degree from Midland Lutheran College and her law degree from the Creighton University School of Law, Borchers embarked on a legal career that naturally led to community involvement. She joined Marks Clare & Richards in 1987, where her practice evolved to focus primarily on family law, benefiting from the firm's diverse legal expertise.
