Mary Vandenack

Mary E. Vandenack is the founding and managing partner of Vandenack Williams LLC, based in Omaha, Nebraska. She specializes in tax, trusts and estates, asset protection planning, business succession planning, and tax-exempt entities. Her professional affiliations include the American Bar Association's Real Property Trust and Estate Section, where she currently serves as Vice Chair of the Small Firms Committee, as well as the Taxation and Business Sections.

Mary is a prolific writer and speaker, frequently addressing topics related to tax, asset protection, and estate planning. Additionally, she explores subjects on law work technology, management, and the future of the legal profession. Her involvement with the American Bar Association extends to the Law Work Division, where she is a regular contributor and serves on the editorial board of the Law Practice Magazine. She also holds the positions of Vice Chair of the Futures Initiative and Vice Chair of Resolutions, and is part of the Executive Council.

In recognition of her contributions to the field, Mary was honored with the 2015 James I. Keane Memorial Award at the Tech Show. Her work was also highlighted in the September 2015 issue of Fortune Magazine.
