Robert D. Kinsey, Jr.

Robert D. Kinsey, Jr., a native of Scottsbluff, Nebraska, has built a distinguished legal career rooted in his community. He completed his undergraduate studies in marketing and management at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in 1970. He then obtained his law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1973.

Robert focuses his practice on civil litigation, with expertise in commercial litigation, product liability, personal injury, and general civil matters. His commercial law services include title and loan document reviews for banking and business clients, alongside contract dispute litigation. He is skilled in pursuing injunctive relief and litigating non-compete agreements.

Robert's litigation experience spans federal courts across several states, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Kentucky, Michigan, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Texas. He has been a dedicated member of the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys for over 35 years and has consistently received Martindale-Hubbell's highest ranking for the past 20 years.

In addition to his litigation practice, Robert serves as legal counsel to Sesostris Shrine Temple and has held roles as a board member and general counsel for FarmHouse International Fraternity, where he was honored with the Master Builder of Men award. His public service includes a decade as Special Assistant Attorney General for the Nebraska Real Estate Commission, where he is currently a prehearing conference officer.

Outside the courtroom, Robert enjoys spending time with his two daughters and has a passion for collecting baby-boomer era toys.
