Following high school, Tim served in the U.S. Air Force and held positions as a Security Specialist at the Lincoln Regional Center, and various roles within the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services and the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
Tim began his undergraduate studies at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1993, graduating with distinction in 1996. He was accepted into law school and completed his Juris Doctorate in May 1999. By 2000, Tim had established his own law practice.
From 2000 to 2002, Tim was engaged in private practice, then served as Staff Counsel for the Nebraska DMV and as an Assistant Attorney General until 2006. He and his family relocated to Costa Rica for over a year, where he worked as an assistant editor for an English-language newspaper.
Returning to Lincoln in June 2007, Tim resumed his private law practice, where he continues to serve clients with dedication and expertise.
